After a detailed final inspection in the presence of the client and a DOMOPLAN representative at the construction site, the handover protocol is signed, the keys are handed over and the documentation file containing mainly warranty certificates and user manuals for the installed equipment is handed over.
Upon receipt of the keys, we will record the status of the energy and water meters. Based on your consent, we will arrange for the transfer of utilities into your name, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
What if something goes wrong?
You will be contacted by a responsible claims agent no later than five business days after the claim has been received at the company’s headquarters. We will arrange a date for a local inspection with you and if the defect is accepted as justified, the claimed defect will be removed within the agreed time or within thirty days of the local inspection.
